The Oklahoma Sooners had a disappointing first year in the SEC as they went 6-6, ending the year with a loss to LSU. Oklahoma will play Navy on Dec. 27 in the Armed Forces Bowl.

Following Oklahoma's first year in the SEC, several players have entered the transfer portal. Here is a full list of those who have hit the portal.

Jackson Arnold, QB

Jackson Arnold entered the transfer portal and committed to Auburn. Arnold had an up-and-down career with the Sooners and is looking for a fresh start with the Tigers.

Arnold went 154-for-256 for 1,421 yards, 12 touchdowns and three interceptions in 2024 with Oklahoma.

Brendan Zurbrugg, QB

Brendan Zurbrugg entered the transfer portal after just one season at Oklahoma. He was a three-star recruit in the Class of 2024 and didn't make an appearance for the Sooners.

Jaquaize Pettaway, WR

Jaquaize Pettaway entered the portal after two seasons at Oklahoma. The wide receiver caught five passes for 87 yards. He dealt with injuries in 2024 as he played just two snaps over the final six games.

Nic Anderson, WR

Nic Anderson entered the transfer portal and committed to LSU. The star receiver didn't play in 2024 due to a serious leg injury.

In 2023 as a freshman, Anderson was one of the top receivers as he caught 38 passes for 798 yards and 10 touchdowns.

J.J. Hester, WR

J.J. Hester was an impact receiver for Oklahoma in 2024. He had 14 receptions for 315 yards and a touchdown.

Jalil Farooq, WR

Jalil Farooq is another receiver who has hit the portal. Farooq had just three receptions for 58 yards. He's been at OU for four seasons.

Andrel Anthony, WR

Andrel Anthony too hit the transfer portal. He dealt with injuries in 2024 and caught just one pass for four yards. In 2023, he had 27 receptions for 429 yards and a touchdown.

Brenen Thompson, WR

Brenen Thompson hit the transfer portal and committed to Mississippi State. Thompson had 19 receptions for 230 yards and two touchdowns this season.

Kalib Hicks, RB

Oklahoma running back Kalib Hicks has entered the transfer portal. Hicks had just two carries for 11 yards as a redshirt freshman. In 2023, before redshirting, he rushed for 14 yards and a touchdown on three carries.

Emeka Megwa, RB

Emeka Megwa has also entered the transfer portal. The running back didn't record any carries in 2024 for the Sooners.

Chapman McKown, RB

Chapman McKown also entered the transfer portal. The Sooners running back didn't appear in a game as a freshman.

Bauer Sharp, TE

Sooners tight end Bauer Sharp hit the transfer portal and committed to LSU. He spent just one year at Oklahoma as he caught 42 passes for 324 yards and two touchdowns.

Joshua Bates, C

Bates started two games at center for Oklahoma in 2024 but he now has entered the transfer portal.

Evan McClure, OL

Evan McClure was a walk-on at Oklahoma and didn't see the field in 2024.

Geirean Hatchett, OL

Geirean Hatchett has transferred to Washington. The Sooners offensive lineman started one game against Temple but left the game due to an injury.

Ashton Sanders, DL

Ashton Sanders hit the transfer portal after not playing much. The redshirt freshman had one tackle and 0.5 sacks in 2024.

Dasan McCullough, LB

Dasan McCullough entered the transfer portal. McCullough entered the transfer portal after battling injuries in 2024.

Phil Picciotti, LB

Phil Piccootti battled injuries in his two seasons with the Sooners and entered the transfer portal.

Jayden Rowe, DB

Oklahoma defensive back Jayden Rowe has entered the transfer portal and has committed to Kansas State. Rowe primarily played on special teams.

Kani Walker, CB

Oklahoma cornerback Kani Walker has entered the portal and committed to Arkansas. Walker was an impact corner for the Sooners for three seasons, but he played just six snaps against Alabama and didn't play against LSU which led to him entering the portal.
