Ole Miss Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin is very active when it comes to social media. And recently, he shared his reaction to the NCAA now making it legal for college football teams to have corporate logos on their fields.

In a recent tweet discussing what corporate logo would suit the Tennessee Longhorns, Kiffin did not stutter in letting everyone know his opinion on the matter.

He retweeted the post stating that the American condiment brand French's, known for its mustard, would be a perfect fit for the Volunteers at Neyland Stadium.

While Kiffin did not cite the reason behind his choice, one might argue that the white and orange color code of the program could be a perfect cohesion with the brand.

With the new rule in place, college football teams will now have a new stream to bring in more revenue to the program. As per Ben Portnoy of Sports Business Journal, college football teams will be allowed to have an advertisement on the 50-yard line along with two smaller ads anywhere on the field.

CFB analyst makes his prediction for Lane Kiffin's Rebels during the 2024 season

Kiffin took over as the head coach of Ole Miss back in 2020. Last season, he led the program to its first 11-win campaign. He also won the Peach Bowl, defeating the Penn State Nittany Lions with a 38-25 final score.

This season will be different as the new 12-team playoff format will be implemented. CFB analyst Greg McElroy has made his prediction about how far the Rebels will go in the upcoming season.

"10-2 for the Ole Miss Rebels", McElroy said. "Probably not in the SEC championship, but more likely enroute to the College Football Playoffs. It's just a matter of who those losses come to. You look at the schedule, it lays out pretty nicely for Ole Miss."

The Rebels have won only one national championship throughout their history, and it was back in 1960. It will be interesting to see if Kiffin can help the program break the losing streak and bring glory during the 2024 season.
