It’s been an amazing time for Miller Moss’ girlfriend, Sia Hildebrand, ahead of USC’s Week 9 game against Rutgers. Sia, who is majoring in business administration at USC Marshall School of Business, is having her family in town, coming to visit all the way from Sweden.
Sia Hildebrand gave them a tour of the USC campus while having a fun time. The visiting members of her family will be around for the Trojans game against the Scarlet Knights at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Friday.
Aside from sharing fun times together, the visit by her family is an opportunity to show her family her endeavors on the university campus. Sia is a campus manager for Fresh Prints and also works as an intern for Inked Sports Inc. She's also USC's baseball team media and marketing manager.
Sia Hildebrand's family will get to watch Miller Moss for the first time as USC QB
With their visit ahead of USC’s game against Rutgers on Friday night, Sia Hildebrand’s family gets to see Miller Moss in action live for the first time. Moss took over as the Trojans’ starting quarterback this season following the departure of Caleb Williams to the NFL.
Miller Moss has been fantastic this season, so the Hildebrand family can expect to be entertained at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Saturday night. The quarterback has thrown for 1,954 yards and 14 touchdowns with six interceptions in seven games.
USC sticking with Miller Moss despite criticism
Lincoln Riley was questioned about whether Miller Moss would continue as the Trojans' starting quarterback during his media availability on Monday. The coach left no doubt in his response, affirming Moss’ place in the team.
“Of course,” Riley said without hesitation. “One hundred percent.”
Riley went further to defend the quarterback’s performance this season.
“He’s still executing at a very high level,” Riley said of Moss. “He’s making a lot of plays, a lot of really good decisions. There’s always going to be a couple mistakes, and the ones that he has certainly can’t kill us.”
The Trojan’s offense is averaging 11 fewer points per game compared to last season. The offensive line has also had difficulty protecting Moss and the team's young receivers have shown inconsistency. All of these have played a role in USC’s struggle this season.
