Dillon Gabriel must be loving his life at the moment. He has had a dream start to the 2024 college football season with the Oregon Ducks. And if that's not a big reason to be happy, the quarterback got engaged to his high-school sweetheart – Zoe Caswell – earlier in the month.
Both Zoe and Gabriel have been sharing details from their life with their 120K plus followers on IG. From date nights, birthdays and anniversaries to random food sessions or snaps of their dog Winston, they have given out lots of couple goals over the year.
Continuing the tradition after their engagement, Caswell posted a mirror selfie on IG, featuring herself and the Oregon QB.
While she dressed in a chic white crop top black jeans and a leather jacket, Gabriel rocked a white t-shirt and blue jeans with a brown-beige jacket. The post was captioned:
"Date night"
They enjoy their date in an open week for Oregon before hitting the road next week. The Ducks ace has recorded 914 yards and six touchdowns in three starts so far.
Dillon Gabriel pops the question to girlfriend Zo Caswell
The Ducks QB had more than just football on his mind after his Oregon debut. On September 1, the former Sooners star proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Zo Caswell.
The couple, who have been dating since high school, announced their engagement on Instagram. Gabriel shared snaps of the proposal, made under a beautiful tree by a riverside in Eugene. He captioned the post:
“9/1/2024 🤍”
The 23-year-old transferred to Oregon from Oklahoma for his final year of eligibility and was overjoyed to start this new chapter with Caswell by his side. She has been a constant source of support throughout his football career, whether it be at UCF, Oklahoma or now Oregon.
They both have always shared their relationship moments with frequent social media posts. He’s started his life quite well in Eugene under coach Dan Lanning and is already generating Heisman shouts.
The Ducks QB will be gearing up for an away game against the UCLA Bruins next week. Expect his fiancée, Caswell, to cheer him on in the stands. The Ducks are in prime form (3-0) with Gabriel's future looking bright — both on the field and in his personal life!
