Lane Kiffin is having a decent 2024 college football season with the Ole Miss Rebels (7-2, 3-2). In a much-awaited SEC matchup, he faces the Kirby Smart-led Georgia Bulldogs (7-1, 5-1) on Saturday.

However, before the big game, the Ole Miss HC embraced the Christmas spirit at his home. He uploaded an image on Instagram featuring four white stockings placed above his fireplace.

The four socks are for himself and his three children - Landry Kiffin, Presley Kiffin and son Lane Kiffin. Have a look:

Christmas is more than a month away, but Kiffin wants to dive into the festive season early. Kiffin has a penchant for letting his inner child get the better of him on occasion and often features in TikTok videos of his daughter Landry.

From attending a Taylor Swift concert after a loss to endorsing against soft drink brands, Kiffin has entertained fans off the field, too.

Ole Miss athletic director warrants signature win from Lane Kiffin

The Rebels are gearing up for a clutch moment in their season with a win over the Bulldogs. While Kiffin is focused on the Georgia game, Rebels athletic director Keith Carter clarified that this game is more than just another SEC matchup — it’s a shot at a true breakthrough.

On The Paul Finebaum Show, Carter discussed the importance of the matchup, calling it “an opportunity” for a much-needed signature win.

Under Kiffin, Ole Miss has reached new heights, gaining national recognition and consistently remaining in the College Football Playoff conversation. But, according to Carter, a victory over a team like Georgia would put a serious label on the Rebels’ status in college football.

“We’ve done so many great things,” Carter said, “but this is a game where we can kind of take that next step.”

However, beating Georgia, a team that has claimed two of the past three national titles, is no small task. Bulldogs coach Kirby Smart also acknowledged the Rebels’ strong lineup, calling them “a tremendous team” as they head to Athens, where Georgia ousted Ole Miss 52-17 last year.
