Former NFL cornerback Richard Sherman confirms collaboration with Colorado Buffaloes two-way player Travis Hunter. Sherman took to social media to share that he had a fantastic conversation with Hunter and thanked Deion Sanders for setting it up.

"Just had a great conversation with @TravisHunterJr! Preciate you @DeionSanders for setting that up. Huge fan of that young man and grateful to be able to clear that up," Sherman wrote.

This comes after Sherman criticized Hunter who fired right back at the Super Bowl champion. But, Deion Sanders helped mend the fences between Sherman and Hunter after back-and-forth.

A fan asked if it was recorded so fans could hear it. Sherman quickly responded and said it would be on the podcast soon.

"He will be on the podcast soon and we will have it," Sherman replied.

On his "Richard Sherman Podcast," the former two-time Super Bowl champion talks about the latest news in the NFL and college football. He also invites athletes on his podcast for interviews.

Travis Hunter responds to Richard Sherman's criticism

Richard Sherman blasted Travis Hunter saying he isn't an NFL quality receiver and will be a cornerback in the next level.

"We're not playing 50 snaps on offense and 55 snaps on defense [in the NFL]," Sherman said, via Mirror. "These QBs are going to say, 'Hey, let's see how in shape you are by the end of the fourth quarter. We just saw you run three go routes, I'm about to bring our third receiver in to run you on three more go routes.'
"I think he goes as a corner just because receivers his size ... he's not a special size, super dynamic route runner," Sherman added. "He's a great athlete and he's smooth so he can get it done. I'm sure if he focused on receiver he could be elite, but as a corner, he just looks natural. It's back to catching a ball and he's in position all the time. He's breaking right, he has a good feel for it, and it's so rare."

After hearing those comments, Travis Hunter responded on Instagram saying:

"Stop speaking on me and let me play football."

Hunter was not pleased with what Sherman said about him, but the two have since worked it out.

Hunter and Colorado are set to go on the road to play UCF on Saturday.
