The Texas Tech Red Raiders will host Deion Sanders, aka "Coach Prime," Shedeur Sanders and the No. 21-ranked Colorado Buffaloes on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET. The Buffaloes have gotten a lot of hype throughout the year because of the dynamic duo of Travis Hunter and Shedeur. The team has managed to make an unlikely push for the playoffs after becoming bowl-eligible.

However, some fans enjoy mocking Shedeur and Shilo Sanders for having their father as their coach. Many Red Raiders fans took to the streets in Lubbock, Texas, ahead of the pivotal clash between these Big 12 rivals, with some holding up signs specifically mocking the Sanders family.

One even read:

"Shedeur, Daddy can't help you here."

There were plenty of other interesting signs on display from Texas Tech fans at the rally, as posted.

"How can Prime stand on business missing all those toes?" one fan wrote on a poster.
"Even Shedeur knows it's Tahj time," another read.
"Colorado's o-line is worse than Deion's hairline!" a fan's sign read.
"Colorado eats hard shell tacos," one fan comically wrote on his poster.
"Buffaloes belong in the pasture not the endzone," another fan's sign read.

In response, several Colorado fans had things to say in the comments section on Instagram.

"Shedeur about to cook the life out they defense," one fan wrote.
"They said Colorado oline is trash like their dline is good," another commented.
"Hard shell tacos?? Tf kinda insult is that cuz that's not insulting lmao," one comment read.

Which team is favored in the Colorado vs. Texas Tech clash?

While the Buffaloes (6-2) have a lot of hype because of the players on their team, Texas Tech (6-3) has had plenty of success itself this season. The Buffaloes are small -185 favorites, and the Red Raiders are small +155 underdogs. The spread is only set at four points, meaning the sportsbooks think this will be a close matchup.

It is not hard to see why the bookies think this will be a close matchup. Colorado is coming off a big 34-23 win over Cincinnati and then had time to rest and recover with an open week. Texas Tech is coming off a huge 23-22 upset victory over No. 17-ranked Iowa State, proving it can compete with some of the best teams in the nation.

While the Buffaloes are the ranked school in this matchup, Texas Tech is the only team between the two to defeat another ranked program. So, this should be a close matchup that comes down to the wire.
