One of the best parts of any College Game Day broadcasts is the fan-created signs. They are the students' way to creatively mock their rivals.

But sometimes, the fans use these signs to send a message, which happened today when Game Day made an appearance in Eugene, Oregon.

The Oregon Duck, the mascot for the Oregon Ducks team, held up a sign that read "Sydney Sweeney Call Me Back."

This sign was seen by the actress, who responded to the request on Instagram, with a simple four-word response:

"Sorry, Changed my number ha ha."

The request in question succeeded in its goal, as Oregon got the famous actress to respond to the sign, something that does not normally happen.

But, this was not the only antic that happened on this week's edition of College Game Day.

During a segment when the College Game Day team was discussing which players will be able to make a difference in Oregon's game with the Ohio State Buckeyes later this evening, the Duck was seen giving a fan a haircut.

Additionally, when Pat McAfee led the crowd in a rendition of the Ducks fight song, he was seen crowd surfing.

It is safe to say that the Oregon Duck/ Donald/ Puddles (all names he has gone by in the past) became the star of the show during this week's College Game Day broadcast.

How can Oregon defeat Ohio State?

Oregon coach Dan Lanning spoke to Pat McAfee on Friday about his team's upcoming game with the Ohio State Buckeyes.

This is likely to be an incredibly important team in relation to the Big Ten Conference. Both teams come into this game with undefeated seasons, and the winner of this game will likely make the Conference championship game.

Lanning told McAfee how he thinks the Ducks will be able to defeat the Buckeyes.

"I think it's about whose going to be the most physical team... In the trenches, it's going to matter. Who's going to establish the run game. Takeaways always matter in a game like this."

This view was echoed by Nick Saban, who said on College Game Day this morning:

"To beat Ohio State you've gotta be able to run the ball.. The last six games they've lost the other team ran for more than they did."

If both Lanning and Saban are right , all eyes will be on running back Jordan James to see if he can help bring the Ducks the victory they need.
