"Social media is not real": Travis Hunter's fiancée sets the record straight on the duo's rumored "beef" while thanking CU star for his support

Travis Hunter's fiancée Leanna Lenee rubbished any rumors suggesting that she had any "beef" with the Colorado superstar after a video of the two arguing at Folsom Field went viral on Friday.

On Instagram, Hunter posted a series of pictures with Lenee from after the game against Oklahoma State at Folsom Field. Lenee set the record straight by slamming fans on social media for failing to understand her relationship with Hunter.

"These pics were taken 30 seconds after that clip by the way. Pls remember that social media is not real, and 5 seconds is not enough to understand a situation." Lenee commented on Hunter's IG post.

"You also never know what a person can handle mentally. Thank you baby for always trying to cheer me up. You truly are the greatest partner a girl could ever ask for." Lenee wrote.

After Colorado's dominant 52-0 win over Oklahoma State, video footage showed Lenee and Hunter appearing to disagree over something. It was also unclear whether they were arguing at all.

However, users on social media suggested that Lenee was "mad" at the Colorado star, even after he put in a sublime performance against the Cowboys.

Lenee, who donned a customized Heisman jacket at the game in support of Hunter, took to her Instagram story to clap back at those who accused her of being upset at the CU star later on Friday.

Hunter, who is the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy this year, is expected to enter the 2025 NFL draft. He is considered a top pick by many fans and analysts alike.

Hence, Hunter's wedding is likely to take place around the NFL's mini-rookie camp.
