Stanford Cardinal in Stanford Colorado Football

Who would have thought that the Colorado Buffaloes would lose to the 1-4 Stanford Cardinal? Shedeur Sanders looked like he would lead his team to another comfortable win when they posted a comfortable 29-point lead at half time.

Travis Hunter recorded his first TD of the season in a Colorado uniform. Later, Xavier Weaver caught two TD passes from Sheduer Sanders and ran for another one, which made it look like the Buffs would have no problem winning the game.

However, things turned for the worse for Deion Sanders and his team at the start of the second half. Stanford looked like they figured out the weaknesses of Colorado, and the offense finally put points on the board. After two OTs, the Stanford Cardinal won 46-43 in a surprise result.

After the game, they rubbed salt into the wounds of Coach Prime and Shedeur at Folsom Field. In a clip going viral on social media, Cardinal players hit Shedeur's famous watch flex in a mocking way to assert their dominance over the Buffs.

The watch flex, coined as 'The Shedeur' by DJ Khaled, went viral this season. It involved Shedeur Sanders flexing his $70,000 custom watch after every win.

However, this time, it seems, he will have to keep his watch inside his pocket.

CFB fans were not kind to Coach Prime's team after they relinquished their huge lead to lose their week 7 home game. Here are a few other hilarious reactions to Stanford hitting 'The Shedeur'.

Stanford makes massive comeback in second half at Folsom Field

After trailing 29-0 at half time, it looked like Stanford would drop to 1-5 to start the season. But wide receiver Elic Ayamanor was on fire in the second half, making an incredible 97-yard TD run to pull back the Cardinal. He then caught another TD pass from Ashton Daniel over Travis Hunter to send the game to a second overtime.

Shedeur's pass was intercepted in the second OT by Gilman. Cardinal kicker Joshua Karty then made the game-winning kick, completing the largest comeback for the program, according to ESPN.
