Stanford made a trip to Raleigh this weekend to square up against NC State. Both teams have been struggling this season and the game was an opportunity to better their record.
It hasn’t been a season to remember for the Cardinal in their first year in the Atlantic Coast Conference considering their awful performance. Following a 2-1 start to the 2024 season, the team has dropped five consecutive games, the latest being a 27-24 loss to Wake Forest.
NC State, on the other hand, has struggled with inconsistency throughout the season, unable to build any momentum as they alternate between wins and losses. They, however, entered the Week 10 encounter as a 10-point favorite with total points set at 46.
