Week 9's ACC action kicked off with the Syracuse Orange traveling to Pittsburgh to take on the No. 19 Panthers at Acrisure Stadium on Thursday.
Eli Holstein was the starting quarterback for the home team, while Kyle McCord started for the Orange.
Pittsburgh stifled the Syracuse offense, shutting them out in the first half. The Orange got on the board in the third quarter, but it was too little too late.
