The Texas A&M Aggies had an up-and-down season as they finished the regular season with an 8-4 record, including a 5-3 mark in SEC play. Things fell apart late for the Aggies as they won just one of their final four games after a 7-1 start. Each of those three losses came in conference play after they started conference play 5-0.
While the transfer portal has not officially opened, several players have already announced their intention to change programs.
Here's a closer look at six Texas A&M players who were among that group.
Texas A&M Aggies Transfer Portal Tracker 2024-25
#1. Conner Weigman, Quarterback
Conner Weigman joined the Aggies as a five-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He appeared in 15 games, making 13 starts, and threw for 2,694 yards, 19 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Weigman completed 60.0% of his passes while adding 261 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 67 carries.
He announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 3.
#2. Jaylen Henderson, Quarterback
Jaylen Henderson initially joined the Fresno State Bulldogs as a three-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He appeared in five games, throwing for 49 yards while completing five of his eight pass attempts along with 66 rushing yards on 16 carries.
Henderson joined Texas A&M via the transfer portal ahead of the 2023 season. He appeared in five games, making four starts, throwing for 715 yards, six touchdowns and two interceptions. He completed 67.9% of his passes and added 104 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 41 carries. Henderson did not see the field in 2024 and announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 3.
#3. Cyrus Allen, Wide Receiver
Cyrus Allen initially joined the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs as a three-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He appeared in 21 games, recording 68 receptions for 1,278 yards and eight touchdowns. He also returned 12 kickoffs for 247 yards.
Allen joined the Aggies via the transfer portal ahead of the 2024 season. He appeared in ten games in his lone season with the program, recording 269 receiving yards and one touchdown on 18 catches. Allen announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 3.
#4. Jaden Platt, Tight End
Jaden Platt joined the Texas A&M Aggies as a four-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He has appeared in nine games, recording two receptions for 52 yards and one touchdown. He announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 4.
#5. Aki Ogunbiyi, Offensive Lineman
Aki Ogunbiyi joined the Texas A&M Aggies as a four-star prospect in the 2020 recruiting class. He has appeared in 23 games in his collegiate career. Ogunbiyi announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 3.
#6. Gabriel Brownlow-Dindy, Defensive Lineman
Gabriel Brownlow-Dindy joined the Texas A&M Aggies as a five-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He has appeared in just eight games, recording four total tackles, one solo tackle, 3.0 tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks. Brownlow-Dindy announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Dec. 2.
