Texas football kicker Will Stone breaks down his impressive diet plan ahead of 2024 college football season

Texas Longhorns kickoff specialist Will Stone is gearing up for his third collegiate season. Coming out of Regents High School, Stone joined the Longhorns as a true freshman in 2022 and played all 13 games that season. He's been the full-time kickoff specialist for the team for the past two years.

Will Stone seemingly takes care of his physical training and diet. His goal is to get bigger and stronger. And in order to do that, the Texas junior follows a very strict diet which he recently revealed on his TikTok account.

On a daily basis, Stone consumes approximately 4,505 calories. He pairs it with a strict physical workout schedule that he follows with dedication. The junior kickoff specialist's daily food intake and diet plan look like this, as per BroBible:

  • Breakfast (825 calories)

This includes:-

1. Cheesy eggs with salsa

2. Hash Browns

3. Cinnamon Roll

4. Protein

After workouts, Stone has a protein shake which is about 420 calories. This is followed by lunch (930 calories) which includes:

  1. Chicken
  2. Watermelon
  3. Asparagus
  4. Pasta

The kickoff specialist then has a Gatorade protein bar and Muscle Milk Protein Shake as snacks which is a total of 580 calories. He then has his first dinner, a ground beef taco bowl worth 750 calories.

After another round of workouts, Stone has a light post-workout snack consisting of protein balls (150 calories). This is followed by the final meal of the day, two large tacos with guacamole that consist of around 850 calories in total. Will Stone also consumes a gallon of water every day along with his strict diet plan.


Will Stone's college career

Stone was a 5-star kicker coming out of high school. During his true freshman season in 2022, he was given the kickoff responsibility in all 13 games. Stone kicked off 86 times for 5,369 yards and 26 touchbacks.

Last season, he was once again named as the primary kickoff specialist for Steve Sarkisian's team. He kicked off 96 times for 6,130 yards along with 49 touchbacks. Apart from this, Will Stone also tallied a total of five tackles and was named as a part of the 2023 Academic All-Big 12 team.
