UL Monroe welcomed Sun Belt rival Texas State to the JPS Field at Malone Stadium on Saturday. For both teams, it was a crucial encounter in the bid to secure bowl eligibility.
The Bobcats fell to the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns in a 23-17 defeat during their most recent game and are looking to bounce back in Week 11. The Warhawks, on the other hand, also experienced defeat in the previous week, suffering a disappointing 28-23 road loss to Marshall.
