Shedeur Sanders' wristwatch celebration will be part of the EA Sports College Football 25, which is set to hit the streets on July 19. Among the most talked-about elements of the video game are the more than 20 touchdown celebrations. However, it's the "Salute or Show The Ice" celebration that's stealing the spotlight.

This "Colorado only" celebration is inspired by quarterback Shedeur Sanders' iconic wristwatch flaunting during games in the 2023 season. The inclusion of the celebration has sparked mixed reactions from the college football community.

Fans trolled Sanders' controversial celebration last season, too. His signature move had a touch of arrogance to it which did not bode well for Colorado which finished 4-8.

One fan commented:

"They making exclusive celebrations for 4-8 teams..."
"The amount of glazing and worship EA is doing for Colorado (a 4-8 team) is insane," one tweeted.
"the 4-8 team getting their own emote is insane lol," one user tweeted.
"Its a shame this game seems to be centered around a s****y 2023 team," another posted.

Fans got creative with their comments. A faction tweeted for the celebration to be used against Shedeur Sanders as they play the game while others did not like EA giving so much attention to Colorado.

"They did 'colorado only' so opposing teams can’t do the celebration to colorado fans in the stands," a user joked.
"Someone tell EA to stop glazing Colorado," a college football fan commented.
"Making a celebration “Colorado only” is so lame lmao wtf," one fan tweeted.

Despite the playful jabs, it's clear that the EA Sports College Football 25 developers are aiming to capture the unique flair and personality of players like Shedeur Sanders.

Coach JB not impressed by Shedeur Sanders

Teams and players have already hit the training ground with the 2024 season approaching. With tempers running high in this competitive landscape, one drama unfolded during a workout session in Miami featuring the Hurricanes’ Cam Ward and Buffs’ Shedeur Sanders.

Ward called out Sanders for taking water breaks, accusing him of not showing the right attitude in working hard. On "The Coach JB Show with Big Smitty," Coach JB (Jason Brown) went on a rant, criticizing Sanders and the entire 2024 quarterback class.

"It's one thing, Smitty, to do all this talking and go out there and be f****** mid as s***," he said (Timestamp: 19:50). "I think these are the worst quarterbacks to ever play."
