Deion Sanders Jr. was in the mood for some banter today. He shared a reel on Instagram featuring people enjoying the snowy weather in Atlanta. Bucky [as Sanders Jr. is fondly called] compared it with the general consensus of people, who think Colorado always has such weather.

Atlanta has been posting temperatures around negative four throughout the week but is still not up to Colorado's level, which posted a negative 11-degree temperature today. Sanders Jr. captioned his reel:

Sanders Jr. covers the Buffaloes in Boulder, Colorado, via his YouTube channel "Well Off Media." Expect him to cover Coach Prime and the Buffs again in the 2025 college football season.

Deion Sanders Jr. calls out hypocrisy while defending brother Shedeur Sanders

Deion Jr. isn’t one to stay silent when defending his brother, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders. Bucky took to X to call out what he sees as blatant hypocrisy in how quarterbacks like Shedeur and Miami’s Cam Ward are critiqued compared to others such as Penn State’s Drew Allar.

The conversation heated up after Allar struggled in Penn State’s Orange Bowl clash against Notre Dame, failing to connect with his wide receivers. Fans blamed the offensive line for Allar’s interception rather than pointing out QB’s poor decision-making.

Sanders Jr. wasn’t having it. He tweeted:

“Y’all already know they gone protect their chosen ones and make every excuse in the world for them while tearing Cam [Newton] & my brother into pieces.”

The comparison between Allar and Shedeur started when the former was a better quarterback prospect for the NFL, as reported by Pete Thamel, despite announcing his return to Penn State for 2025.

“Sources: Penn State star quarterback Drew Allar has informed the school’s coaching staff of his intention to return to school for his senior year in 2025. Allar is 21-5 as a Penn State starter and would loom as one of the faces of college football in 2025.”

Analysts have consistently ranked Shedeur as one of the most pro-ready quarterbacks, but skepticism persists about his every move.
