The Big 12 had a solid season in 2024 as their 16 teams finished with a combined 108-86 record, including a dominant 33-11 mark in non-conference games. While just one of the conference's teams reached the College Football Playoff, three other teams were ranked in the latest iteration of the AP Top 25 Poll, with an additional two programs receiving recognition from voters.

Tacario Davis joined the Arizona Wildcats as a three-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He has recorded 76 total tackles, 47 of which were solo tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, one interception, one fumble recovery and 22 passes defended.
#2: Cameron Calhoun
Cameron Calhoun initially joined the Michigan Wolverines as a four-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He made just two appearances with the program and did not record any stats. Calhoun joined the Utes via the transfer portal ahead of the 2024 season. He appeared in 11 games, recording 21 total tackles, 12 of which were solo tackles, 1.0 tackles for loss, one interception and nine passes defended.
#3: Charles Brantley
Charles Brantley joined the Michigan State Spartans as a three-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He has recorded 103 total tackles, 61 of which were solo tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sacks, five interceptions, two of which he returned for touchdowns and 18 passes defended during his collegiate career.
#4: Josh Moten
Josh Moten initially joined the Texas A&M Aggies as a three-star prospect in the 2020 recruiting class. He recorded one tackle, which was a solo tackle, with the program before joining the Marshall Thundering Herd via the transfer portal ahead of the 2023 season. Moten recorded 68 total tackles, 37 of which were solo tackles, 1.0 tackles for loss, six interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown and 11 passes defended.
#5: Emmanuel Karnley
Emmanuel Karnley joined the Arizona Wildcats as a three-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting class. He has recorded 16 total tackles, 11 of which were solo tackles and five passes defended during his brief tenure with the program.
