The USC Trojans' spring practices are underway, and their spring game is nearly here.

College football teams are preparing for the upcoming season with spring practices, as coaches can implement their system and figure out who will be their starters for the upcoming season.

The Trojans enter spring practices without quarterback Caleb Williams, who is widely expected to be the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft.

In spring practices, USC coach Lincoln Riley has been impressed with safety Kamari Ramsey, who transferred from UCLA this offseason.

“We got to obviously see him last year but he’s done a great job just coming in here, I feel like really affected the group,” Riley said, via On3. “He’s a really good player. He obviously knows this scheme very well. Just having another guy out there that kind of knows it and has played in it, and you can use as a great example of how a lot of this stuff needs to look. I think he’s had a really strong spring.”

USC Trojans Spring Game Details

The USC Trojans Spring Game will take place on Saturday, April 20, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at 3 p.m. ET/noon PT.

This will be the first time USC fans can see the new team in action, as all spring practices have been closed to the public.

The game will be broadcast live on the Pac-12 Network.

The USC Trojans spring game on Saturday is open to the public and free.

All 2024 season ticket holders will receive complimentary tickets to the spring game, the school announced.

Players to watch at the USC Spring Game

Most USC fans will be watching quarterback Miller Moss, who is projected to be the starting quarterback for the Trojans this season.

Moss started at QB for the Trojans in the Holiday Bowl in San Diego and went 23 of 33 for 372 yards and six touchdowns in his first USC start. He was also named the Holiday Bowl Offensive MVP and gave the team a much-needed spark.

On defense, Lincoln Riley has praised cornerback Jacobe Covington for how he has been doing in spring practices.

The Trojans are set to open their 2024 regular season on Sept. 1 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas against LSU. USC will also play the likes of Michigan, Wisconsin, Penn State, Washington and Notre Dame, among others.
