Deion Sanders took over as the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes last year. After transitioning from Jackson State to Boulder, Coach Prime brought in a lot of interest to the program, putting them in the limelight. This led to the Buffs having access to more name, image, and likeness deals and opportunities for their players, which helps in the recruitment of top prospects as well.

As Deion Sanders and his team continue to prepare for their Big 12 reunion this upcoming season, he is also using this time to expand the NIL opportunities for his players. In a recent Instagram post, Coach Prime shared that he is partnering with a few of his players for an upcoming commercial shoot.

In the video, we see Coach Prime and the selected players for the commercial having a lighthearted conversation amongst themselves. These players included Charlie Offerdahl, Cash Cleveland, Braden Keith, Ben Finneseth and Tagert Bardin. The players also talked about how for some it was their first commercial opportunity while for others it was their second and third.

"Doing a commercial with my guys today. Can you believe for Some of them this is their 3rd commercial! WOW. Look at God. They always got my back & they know I got theirs. Thank You Guys!" Coach Prime wrote in the caption.

Back in March, the Colorado Buffaloes launched a new NIL collective for the University's athletics called the 5430 Alliance. This was a step forward in unifying the Buff4Life NIL collective and 5430 Foundation and streamlining a single organization for all the NIL opportunities they receive.

Deion Sanders shares thought-provoking message on building a winning culture

Deion Sanders recently made his way to Las Vegas to attend the Redcon1 GNC Global Conference. While addressing the crowd gathered at the event, Coach Prime talked about what it takes to build a winning culture everywhere and highlighted the importance of everybody's contribution to the cause.

"To build a winning culture, it has to be about everyone in there. Because when you win, everyone gets a ring. You don't just win a darn Super Bowl.. everyone gets a ring. I want everybody in here to win... You should know what to do. Do your homework and do more than expected," Coach Prime said.

Deion Sanders has a fair idea of what it takes to be victorious. It will be interesting to see if he can utilize this to his advantage and help the Buffs secure a successful campaign following a 4-8 debut last year.
