Alabama Crimsonette Chloe Holladay has been turning heads with her creative social media posts. Ahead of coach Kalen DeBoer's 42-16 win against the South Florida Bulls, she showed off her latest game-day transition video on Instagram.

Holladay captioned her Instagram reel:

"Gameday."

The Crimsonettes have been in existence since 1976 and are part of Alabama's Million Dollar Band. They perform dance routines before games and at halftime alongside or independently from the band.

Chloe Holladay says being a Crimsonette was her childhood dream

Chloe Holladay is a North Alabama native and has always wanted to be an Alabama Crimsonette since watching the group perform at an Alabama Crimson Tide game when she was six years old.

When a baton instructor performed one of the Crimsonettes' routines at Holladay's school, she started taking lessons under the supervision of former members of the group Kim Robertson and Paige Robertson at Kim’s Star Twirlers school.

In an interview with the Hartselle Enquirer, Holladay revealed why she joined the Crimsonettes and how she trained for her role as one.

“I just really loved it and knew it was something I wanted to try,” Holladay said. “With Paige and Ms. Kim both being Crimsonettes, I was being brought up in that atmosphere. They knew what I wanted and pushed me to achieve that. I dedicated myself to become a Crimsonette."

Holladay embarked on her goal by performing at competitions when she was younger, appearing with the Hartselle High marching band before auditioning for and securing a part with the Crimsonettes in 2020.

Since then, she has been selected to all of the Crimsonettes squads and was named captain last year. In the interview, she revealed what being a Crimsonette means to her and how she hopes to inspire little girls with her role in the group.

Holladay said:

“Being that little girl that looked up to those girls and then having little girls on gameday come up to me and they’re like, ‘Oh my goodness, an Alabama Crimsonette!’ It really is a privilege and all the hard work that I’ve put in has really paid off.
“I just remember being in that little girl’s position and when they come up to me I just wanna hug them and say, 'You’ve got this, you’re going to be me one day,' and it’s such a privilege, such an honor.”

Chloe Holladay has become an Alabama icon with her social media presence, hobnobbing with famous personalities like Tim Tebow after football games.
