Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders can be seen in a hilarious video trying to convince his teammates to ditch his father Deion Sanders' leadership retreat and go to a club instead.

If that wasn't all, Shedeur tried to talk his way into getting Camden Dempsey and Charlie Offerdahl to pitch the plan to Coach Prime. However, the Colorado crew eventually selected kicker Alejandro Mata to go ahead and give their escape plan a shot.

Dull is certainly not a word that finds its place when the Sanders clan is involved. Shedeur made sure of it in this video uploaded by Coach Prime's personal assistant Tysha Stewart and reshared by Deion Sanders Jr. on his Instagram story:

The Colorado athletes were at Colorado's leadership retreat over the weekend, bonding with each other before summer training.

Will Coach Prime help Shedeur Sanders win the Heisman?

Can Shedeur Sanders win the Heisman Trophy in the 2024 CFB season, or will it be a story like last season for the QB — performing well but only for the Buffs to lose? Shedeur transferred to Boulder from Jackson State, bringing his raw energy and dynamic playstyle to the Buffaloes.

Despite the team's struggles, he shined, completing 69.3 percent of his passes for 3,230 yards, 27 touchdowns, and just three interceptions. He also added four rushing touchdowns to his name. An anonymous former Pac-12 coach told The Athletic's Bruce Feldman:

“He's an NFL guy. Is he the first pick of the draft? I don't know, but I think he's a real dude. I think he throws it well. He's accurate. I think he's a first-round draft pick. I think Deion's going to try to win Shedeur the Heisman.”

For Shedeur to clinch the Heisman, Colorado needs a turnaround season. The Buffaloes started 3-0 but ended with a disappointing 4-8 record last year. The Buffaloes have made improvements in their offensive line and wide receivers, but whether or not the difference is visible on the field is what matters the most.
