Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter is going all-out during their week 4 showdown against the Baylor Bears. Despite trailing in the first half, Coach Prime's team managed to reassess their offensive game plan, helping them to catch up with the Bears and even the playing field (24-24).
One of the major reasons behind Colorado's successful chase was Travis Hunter's spectacular diving catch in the second half. QB Shedeur Sanders helped minimize the deficit by seven points with a 58-yard TD pass to Omarion Miller in the second quarter of the game.
In the third quarter, Travis Hunter linked up with Shedeur Sanders and showcased his athleticism while making a diving catch. This helped the Buffs secure a play that led to Micah Welch scoring a 2-yard touchdown. Have a look at Hunter's athleticism in the video below:
Travis Hunter has been an asset for the Colorado Buffaloes on the field. He transferred to Boulder from Jackson State last year and established himself as one of the best two-way players on the field.
This season, the 2023 Paul Hornung winner has already put up decent stats in three games for the Buffs. So far, Hunter has recorded 342 receiving yards and five touchdowns along with 11.4 yards per reception on offense. On defense, he has played a total of 202 snaps in three games so far.
Last week, Hunter scored two touchdowns during Colorado's Rocky Mountain showdown against the Colorado State Rams. Following that incredible performance, fans will be expecting the two-way star to showcase his talents and help the Buffs win their first Big 12 game of the season against Baylor.
