Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders revamped his coaching staff after last season's disappointing 4-8 campaign. This revamp included the addition of former NFL star Warren Sapp. Both of them have known each other for a long time and have shared a close friendship over the years.

Apart from helping the players prepare for the upcoming season, Warren Sapp also does his best to maintain a healthy bond with all of them. And a post shared on Deion Sanders' Instagram account on the weekend showcases the same.

In the video, we see the team gathered together at the Colorado Auditorium for a meeting. In the background, Warren Sapp can be seen entertaining the players with his electric dance moves, bopping and grooving to the beat of the music. All the students were seen cheering him on. At the end, Deion Sanders enters the auditorium to address the gathering, changing the room's atmosphere.

"@warrensapp was turnt this morning BTW, you see the whole vibe changed when #CoachPrime walked in- @deionsandersjr," the caption read.

Coach Prime hired Sapp as a graduate assistant for Colorado back in April. The Hall of Fame defensive tackle will function as the senior quality control analyst of the team.

Warren Sapp played 13 seasons in the NFL, winning one Super Bowl championship during his stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Super Bowl XXXVII). This is his first coaching gig since announcing his retirement back in 2007.

CFB insider drops unfiltered take on Deion Sanders' Colorado

College football insider Paul Finebaum did not mince his words when talking about the Buffs ahead of their Big 12 reunion campaign. During last Wednesday's appearance on ESPN's 'First Take' Finebaum harshly criticized Coach Prime's team after their 4-8 campaign last year.

He also went on to criticize Deion Sanders' attitude and talked about how it affects Colorado's mentality heading into a new season.

"I think they are looking at about a .500 season record which isn't all that impressive when you consider the amount of energy and hype and overhype, I should say, to this program. Deion Sanders is a superstar, we all know that. But Colorado is nothing. They're just another school in the middle of nowhere in a third-rate league," Finebaum said.
"The problem I have with Deion Sanders is his attitude. Last year he embraced it, he was the king of college football for five weeks. He's already off to a terrible start...... I think he's in for a very difficult second year in Boulder."

Coach Prime has revamped the roster this offseason, bringing in new talents to the program. While experts believe qualifying for the 12-team playoffs might still be a long shot, Sanders is expected to target eligibility for the bowl games in his first Big 12 campaign.
