In Week 11 of the 2024-25 college football season, two powerhouse offenses will clash. The No. 18 Army Black Knights bring their impressive 14th-ranked scoring offense to face off against the North Texas Mean Green, who sit as the nation’s sixth-ranked scoring offense.
The Black Knights are entering the upcoming matchup after a recent 20-3 victory over the Air Force Falcons. The Mean Green is coming off a hard-fought 45-37 loss to the Tulane Green Wave.
North Texas ranks high in the nation in total offense, averaging 528 yards per game, and will be up against a strong Army defense that stands at No. 5 nationally, allowing just 273 yards per game.
The Mean Green’s high-powered passing game, which generates nearly 200 more yards than the Army typically allows, sets the stage for a thrilling showdown on Saturday, November 9.
