North Texas vs. Texas State opt-outs and injury report: Top players not participating in First Responder Bowl

The First Responder Bowl is set to take place on Friday at 4 p.m. ET. The North Texas Mean Green will compete with the Texas State Bobcats in an inter-state rivalry bowl game. However, neither team will be at full strength as both are dealing with injuries and opt-outs.
