The number 3 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes (2-0) will play the Marshall Thundering Herd (1-1) at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday. Ohio State is coming off an open week after previously defeating Western Michigan 56-0 in Week 2. Marshall is also coming off an open week but was previously defeated 31-14 by Virginia Tech. The Buckeyes are heavily favored for this matchup, but the team is not completely healthy.

Ohio State injury report - Week 4

The Ohio State Buckeyes have four players on the injury report ahead of their Week 4 clash against the Marshall Thundering Herd.

Reis Stocksdale

Wide receiver Reis Stocksdale is listed as questionable for this week's game against the Thundering Herd. Stocksdale has not played a game yet this season because of an undisclosed injury.

He also missed last season with an injury, but the coaching staff has not made it clear whether his current injury is related to the injury that kept him out of last season.

Stocksdale played six games in 2022 and had a couple of punt returns.

Devontae Armstrong

Offensive lineman Devontae Armstrong is listed as questionable on the injury report for this week's game against Marshall.

Armstrong is a Freshman and part of the 2024 recruiting class and has not appeared in a game yet. An undisclosed injury has kept him from participating in any games this season. No update on his status has been given by the coaching staff.

Jayden Bonsu

Safety Jayden Bonsu is also listed as questionable for this week's game against Marshall with an undisclosed injury. He has been unable to participate in any games this season because of an injury he sustained at an unknown time in the offseason.

Bonsu was a member of the 2022 signing class and enrolled at Ohio State in June of 2023. He redshirted last season, and this year as a redshirt freshman is expected to play his first full season with the team if he can get healthy.

TC Caffey

Running back TC Caffey is out for the season with a knee injury. Caffey has dealt with several injuries over the past few years. He went to Ohio State in 2022 and performed well until a knee injury ended his season. That knee injury would also keep him out of the entire 2023 season.

Unfortunately for Caffey, he suffered another season-ending knee injury in the offseason. Caffey will miss a total of two and a half seasons with two different knee injuries.
