Oregon State vs Boise State prediction & betting tips - Nov. 29 | College Football Week 14

The Oregon State Beavers are on the road to face the No. 11-ranked Boise State Broncos on Friday at noon ET. The game can be seen on FOX.

Both teams are coming off wins as Oregon State (5-6, 0-0 Pac-12) won 41-38 over Washington State, while Boise State (10-1, 7-0 Mountain West Conference) defeated Wyoming 17-13.

Oregon State vs Boise State: Preview

Oregon State is a +20.5-point road underdog and the over/under is set at 57.5 points.

The Beavers snapped their five-game losing streak against the Cougars and need to upset Boise State to reach six wins and be bowl-eligible.

The Beavers are led by Ben Gulbranson who has thrown for 717 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions as he's taken over as the starting quarterback. Anthony Hankerson has rushed for 972 yards and 14 TDs, while Trent Walker has 849 receiving yards.

Defensively, Oregon State is led by Jack Kane's two interceptions, Nikko Taylor's 2.5 sacks and Skyler Thomas' 76 tackles.

Meanwhile, Boise State will play in the Mountain West championship game and is in line to not only make the College Football Playoff but also get a bye.

However, Broncos coach Spencer Danielson said that the focus is just on Oregon State as they aren't looking ahead.

"I know for our team and what it means to them, like I’ve said before, it’s the most important game of our season, because the next one," Danielson said on Monday, via OregonLive. "As you continue to go down the stretch, one regular season game left and a Mountain West championship (game). That’s all that’s promised to us. But it’s still all about right now. It’s about Oregon State and how they’re playing."

Boise State is led by Maddux Madsen who has thrown for 2,361 yards, 19 TDs and three interceptions. Ashton Jeanty has rushed for 2,062 yards and 27 TDs.

The Broncos struggled against Wyoming but will likely get out to an early lead and rest some players for the Mountain West championship game. Jeanty is banged up so it wouldn't be a surprise to see him sit in the second half, which will allow Oregon State to cover.
