San Diego State vs Boise State prediction & betting tips - Nov. 1 | College Football Week 10

The San Diego States Aztecs are on the road to face the Boise State Broncos on Friday at 8 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast on FS1.

San Diego State (3-4, 2-0 Mountain West Conference) is coming off a 29-26 loss to Washington State, while No. 15-ranked Boise State (6-1, 3-0) won against UNLV 29-24 last Friday.

San Diego State is a 23-point road underdog. The over/under is set at 56 points.

Against the Cougars, San Diego State was led by Marquez Cooper who rushed for two touchdowns, while Ja'Shaun Poke had 80 receiving yards on 10 receptions.

For the season, the Aztecs are led by Cooper who has rushed for 748 yards and eight touchdowns, while Trey White leads the way on defense with 11.5 sacks.

Boise State is led by Ashton Jeanty who is a legitimate Heisman frontrunner. The star running back has been the focal point of the Broncos' offense. He didn't have his best game against UNLV, but his team still won.

"That UNLV team is legit," Boise State quarterback Maddux Madsen said during the postgame conference, via CBS. "That defense played hard and fast until the end. We talked all week about how it was going to be a heavyweight fight. Their only loss was to Syracuse in overtime. That game was going to be tough."

If the Broncos make the College Football Playoff, Jeanty will be a big reason why. He knows he can dominate games, but admitted that he is surprised by how good he has been.

"I did have high hopes for myself," Jeanty said. "I had it in my mind that this was going to be a legendary season, but I didn't know exactly how that was going to unravel."

Madsen has been solid for t he Broncos as he has thrown for 1,482 yards, 13 touchdowns and two interceptions, while Jeanty has rushed for 1,376 yards, and 18 touchdowns this season.

On defense, Ahmed Hassanein has seven sacks, and Alexander Teubner has 41 tackles.

The Broncos' lone loss was a close game to Oregon. They should be able to blow out San Diego State at home. Jeanty will likely score multiple touchdowns to further strengthen his Heisman case.
