Boise State looks to extend its season-long feel-good story when it hosts the San Diego State Aztecs on Friday at 8 p.m. ET. The No. 15 Broncos are 6-1 overall, including 3-0 in Mountain West play. Their sole setback of the season was a 37-34 loss against Oregon, the nation's current top-ranked team.

The Broncos have been led by quarterback Maddux Madsen and Heisman hopeful running Ashton Jeanty. If they want to be a Group of Five invitee to the College Football Playoffs, they must win this game, as well as every game until the end of the season, including their conference championship.
ESPN Bet has them as 23.5-point favorites for this game, while the network's game predictor gives them a 95.1% chance of winning. Here are the lineups and depth charts for the upcoming clash.
Players to watch in San Diego State vs. Boise State: Ashton Jeanty and Maddux Madsen
Jeanty is fourth in the odds of winning the Heisman, with Bet MGM giving him +450 odds of winning the coveted award. He has Cam Ward, Travis Hunter and Dillon Gabriel above him. He's the most surprising player on the list, as he wasn't on anyone's watchlist before the start of the year.
So far this season, he has run for 1,376 yards and has scored 18 touchdowns. It's also worth taking a look at Maddux Madsen, who has thrown for 1,482 yards, has 13 touchdowns and only two interceptions this season.
