The 2024 SEC Media Days is scheduled for four full days of interviews by the Southeastern Conference, as the event kicks off on Monday, July 15. This year’s event will take place in the Omni Hotel in Dallas until the evening of Thursday, 18th July. This will be the first time that SEC Media Days are held in Dallas. SEC is regarded as the country’s best football conference and will have two new entrants, Texas and Oklahoma. The media days will conduct press conferences, and feature an appearance from SEC commissioner Greg Sankey, interviews of all the head coaches and selected players from each of the 16 participating programs. This will be the first SEC Media Days in 20 years without legendary coach Nick Saban who retired after the 2023 season.
