Spencer Danielson leads the Boise State Broncos as the Head Coach in the 2024 season. Danielson played his collegiate football as a linebacker for the University of San Diego and the Azusa Pacific University from 2008 through 2011. During his tenure, he received two All-Great Northwest Athletic Conference honors and graduated with both a bachelor's and a master’s degree in business administration. Danielson transitioned to coaching and began as a graduate assistant at his alma mater in 2013. In 2023, he rose to fame as a stand-in interim head coach for Boise State after Andy Avalos left his position. Danielson was named the 12th head coach of the Boise State program following a successful three-week stint as the interim in 2023.
