Steve Sarkisian's wife, Loreal Sarkisian receives the "best birthday gift" after Texas' big win against Oklahoma

Steve Sarkisian's wife, Loreal Sarkisian, is the first lady of Texas football. The high-profile stylist is fresh off a fashion month tour around some of the world's most exquisite destinations.

Loreal celebrated her 39th birthday on October 12, 2024, the same date as the 2024 edition of the Red River Rivalry game between the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners. And she got quite the birthday present courtesy of her husband's Texas team, who crushed the Sooners, 34-3.

At the end of the Longhorns' victory, she reposted on her Instagram stories a video of Sark getting the Golden Hat, which is given to the game's winner. She added the caption,

"The Best Birthday Gift," along with a Hook 'em Horns emoji.

While Steve and Loreal Sarkisian jointly filed for divorce in July, Loreal's supportive post shows that the two are still on reasonably good terms.

Texas gives Loreal Sarkisian great birthday gift with dominant win over the Oklahoma Sooners

Loreal enjoyed her birthday even more thanks to the Texas team, who routed rivals Oklahoma in a show of dominance at the 2024 edition of the Red River Rivalry game. The game marked the return of Longhorns starting quarterback Quinn Ewers after he missed a couple of games due to an oblique injury.

Ewers was solid in his return, completing 20-of-29 passing and amassing a stat line of 199 passing yards, one passing touchdown, and a rushing touchdown. Aside from an early interception, Ewers hardly missed a beat in his side's blowout win.

Quintrevion Wisner served as a safety blanket for Ewers throughout the game. The dynamic running back amassed a stat line of 118 rushing yards and one touchdown. He was crucial to the Longhorns, making it six wins in a row for the 2023 College Football Playoff semifinalists.
