The No. 21-ranked Syracuse Orange and Washington State Cougars will compete in the Holiday Bowl on Friday at 8 p.m. ET. Unfortunately, neither the Orange nor the Cougars will be at full strength because of injuries and opt-outs.

Starting center J'Onre Reed missed the finale with an upper-body injury and is not expected to be available for the Holiday Bowl.
