The No. 10-ranked Texas A&M Aggies will be on the road to face the South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will be shown live on ABC.
Texas A&M (7-1, 5-0 Southeastern Conference) is coming off a 38-23 win over LSU, while South Carolina (4-3, 2-3) is coming off an open week and won 35-9 on the road against Oklahoma in Week 8.
Texas A&M vs South Carolina: Preview

Texas A&M is a 2.5-point road favorite and the over/under is set at 44 points.
The Aggies are on top of the SEC standings with only one loss, which was in Week 1 at home against Notre Dame. They are coming off a statement win over LSU, in a game where they took over in the second half.
Texas A&M quarterback Connor Weigman was pulled out in favor of Marcel Reed, who rushed for three touchdowns. Mike Elko hasn't announced who will be the QB1 on Saturday, but South Carolina is preparing for both.
"It is a challenge because they are different skill sets," South Carolina coach Shane Beamer said on Wednesday, via SI. "Not that one can run and the other can't. I am not saying that. They can both run the ball and throw. They will do some different things with Reed in there, for sure.
"You have to have a good plan for both of them. For us, it starts with whoever is at quarterback. We have to affect him. We have to tackle him and then we have to [be] able to tackle the running back because that is what they want to hand the ball off to. Not just eight [Le'Veon Moss] but five [Amari Daniels] as well, and let them get going."
This season, the Aggies are led by Moss who has rushed for 757 yards and 10 touchdowns. Defensively, Marcus Ratcliffe has three interceptions, Nic Scourton has five sacks and Taurean York has 47 tackles.
Against Oklahoma, South Carolina QB LaNorris Sellers threw for 175 yards and a TD, but the team's defense was stellar, as it only allowed nine hard-earned points.
Texas A&M coach Mike Elko knows that the Gamecocks' defense will pose a big challenge for his team's offense.
“They’re extremely talented," Elko said, via On3. "Their front is phenomenal. But watching them, they allow their defensive line to impact the game. When you look at them, what they’ve done is successfully turn people over and create opportunities for their offense.
"In the games that they’ve been really successful, the defense has taken the game over in so many ways. I think it’s by far the best group that we’ve played to date. And playing them coming off of a bye, where they extra preparation and are going to be really dialed in on what they want to do against us, it’s going to be a huge challenge.”
For the season, South Carolina is led by Sellers who has thrown for 968 yards, five TDs and four interceptions, while Raheim Sanders has rushed for 426 yards and six touchdowns. On the defensive end, the Gamecocks have 10 interceptions and 28 sacks.
This should be a close game as the odds suggest. However, the Aggies showed off their firepower in the second half against LSU, which could be the difference once again on Saturday to get them the win and remain on top of the SEC standings.
Prediction: Texas A&M 20, South Carolina 17
