College football fans are buzzing over a heated exchange between Deion Sanders Jr. and a Texas Tech ball boy after Shilo Sanders scored a touchdown in Colorado’s 41-27 win over Texas Tech.

Late in the fourth quarter, Shilo scooped up a fumble and ran it in for a six-yard touchdown. As he jogged off the field with the ball in hand, a Texas Tech ball boy tried to snatch it from him. Shilo held on tight, while his brothers, Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders and Sanders Jr., stepped in and exchanged a few words with the ball boy.

The Buffaloes looked focused but relaxed as they took in the energy of the stadium. Sanders Jr. also had a lighthearted moment with offensive tackle Jordan Seaton, while two-way star Travis Hunter and others strolled around, enjoying the scene.

Colorado squad pulled off another impressive win, this time in a tough Texas Tech setting on national TV. The win help the Buffaloes continue their push for a spot in the Big 12 championship game and a possible ticket to the 12-team College Football Playoff.
