EA Sports released College Football 25 on July 19, and the much-anticipated game has the return of many fan-favorite modes. One of those modes included is dynasty mode, which allows players to take full control of any of the 134 included schools or their own school from the TeamBuilder mode.

The brand-new game will also feature the transfer portal in dynasty mode for the first time ever. Users can target players in the transfer portal and attempt to sway them to join their program.

Here is a list of the top 10 Heisman contenders you should target if they choose to enter the transfer portal in the game. Since the transfer portal in the game opens after each season, this list will only include players with remaining eligibility for the next season.

The Missouri Tigers wideout would be a great weapon on the outside for any dynasty-mode team with a pass-heavy offense. Burden is the 11th-highest-rated player in the game, with a 94 overall.

His 94 speed rating and 95 acceleration make him one of the quickest receivers you can use in the game.

#9. Garrett Nussmeier, QB

LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier will take over as the Tigers starter for last year's Heisman Trophy winner, Jayden Daniels. Nussmeier has been with the Tigers since 2021 but only made one start.

Nussmeier has an 85 overall rating in the game, but his value is increased if you have elite receivers to put around him.

#8. Drew Allar, QB

Penn State's Drew Allar took over the starting quarterback job at Penn State last season as a sophomore and threw for over 2,600 yards and 25 touchdowns. Allar is tied for the 13th-best QB rating with an 88 overall. His 96-rated throw power makes him valuable if you have quick receivers who can get over the top of the defense.

#7. Jackson Arnold, QB

Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Jackson Arnold earned an 85 overall rating in College Football 25. Arnold will take over for Dillon Gabriel as the starter for the Sooners as a sophomore.

Arnold's sample size is small, with appearances in six games, but he accumulated 563 yards and four touchdowns with three interceptions.

#6. Nico Iamaleava, QB

Tennessee's redshirt freshman, Nico Iamaleava, is a great option if your squad needs a dual-threat QB. He earned an 86 overall rating in College Football 25 and tallied 151 yards and four total touchdowns in his only start last season against Iowa.

#5. Miller Moss, QB

USC QB Miller Moss is a redshirt junior but hasn't had an opportunity to be the Trojans' full-time starter until this season. Moss has an 85 overall rating and dazzled in his first start in the 2023 Holiday Bowl.

Moss is more of a pocket passer, but his accuracy with the football would make him an excellent quarterback option for a pass-heavy team.

#4. Jalen Milroe, QB

Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe earned a 90 overall rating in College Football 25 with 91 speed and 93 acceleration. His ability to both run and pass would make him the perfect dynasty-mode quarterback for a team that runs any RPO or read option schemes.

#3. Travis Hunter, WR

College Football 25 cover star Travis Hunter is the sixth-highest-rated player, with a 95 overall. This dynamic playmaker can do it all on the field, including playing on both sides of the ball.

Hunter has a 95 speed rating with 96 acceleration and 97 jumping. He is an elite athlete that can be utilized in multiple ways.

#2. Quinn Ewers, QB

Sharing the cover of College Football 25 with Travis Hunter is Texas QB Quinn Ewers. Ewers threw for over 3,000 yards last season and led the Longhorns to the College Football Playoff.

He earned a 92 overall rating in the game, which makes him the 27th-highest-rated player. He's not the fastest QB in the game, but if you need a player with a steady arm to lead your team, snatch Ewers up if his name appears in the transfer portal.

#1. Ollie Gordon II

Gordon earned a 96 overall rating in College Football 25, making him the third-highest-rated player. His 90 speed, 97 acceleration and 97 awareness ensure he can find the running lanes and leave defenders in the dust.
