Managing injuries in College Football 25 is critical for the success of your Dynasty team. Injuries can play a pivotal role in how your team operates and is a major factor between making the College Football Playoff and missing it entirely. Let's take a closer look at different tips to manage injuries as the Dynasty mode continues.

Top Tips for Managing Injuries in College Football 25

Substitute Players Out

Ensuring that your star players sit out in various situations can significantly aid their recovery. If you are holding a multiple-touchdown lead and a few minutes are remaining in the fourth quarter, putting in some bench players to give the stars a break can help them recover and not get hit more as the game comes to an end.

There are no style points in College Football 25 and if you can consistently win games by a wide margin, consider substituting players out of the lineup for a drive or two to get them some much-needed breaks to avoid injuries.

Watch Player's Wear & Tear

During the actual gameplay, you can see on the side of each player how the wear and tear feature is affecting them. Throughout the game, players get more worn down, which makes their overalls drop a bit due to fatigue and injuries. Making sure your players are healthy and getting rest throughout the game will definitely help your team perform going forward.

Look at Player's Abilities

Different players have different abilities throughout the Dynasty mode. While scouting players in the recruiting portion of Dynasty mode, you can see if players have different abilities and how they relate to managing injuries.

One ability in particular is the Recoup ability, which gives players an added boost to recover when on the sidelines. Unless you are running a player out on the field that does not go to the sideline at all, this is going to help manage injuries in the long run. Players can recover if they cannot be on the field so avoiding long drives defensively can help if a defender has that ability.
