Texas A&M's bowl season has been busy, in part because of the transfer portal. The Aggies have added some significant athletes, but had also seen a significant chunk of their own roster enter the portal.

A&M has been busy preparing for a Las Vegas Bowl battle with USC. But here are the top 5 A&M players who have entered the portal even before the bowl battle.

5. Kam Dewberry, OL

A massive prospect in the 2022 recruiting class, Dewberry has seen significant action with the Aggies. Interestingly, though, of his eight starts over three seasons at Texas A&M, Dewberry started five games in 2022 as a true frosh. He's still a highly-regarded prospect who has just a season of remaining eligibility.

Dewberry has chosen Alabama as his collegiate home. He'll be part of a Tide effort to upgrade the offensive line in 2025.

4. Malick Sylla, DE

A highly-regarded recruit, Sylla has spent three seasons at Texas A&M, but hasn't ever broken through to be a significant contributor. He has just 26 career tackles, with 14 coming in the 2023 season. Sylla does have six tackles for losses and four QB sacks on his career. He's chosen Mississippi State, where he'll have a single season of remaining eligibility ahead.

3. Gabriel Brownlow-Dindy, DL

A massive lane-clogger as a recruit, Brownlow-Dindy also hasn't seen much time at Texas A&M. Over three seasons, he has played in just eight games with four career tackles. Brownlow-Dindy did redshirt, so he'll have two remaining seasons of eligibility ahead. The 310-pound run stuffer has committed to South Carolina for his next collegiate home.

2. Jaden Platt, TE

Platt was a four-star recruit with tremendous size and speed. The 6-foot-5 target from Texas just never had much of an impact with the Aggies. Platt caught two passes in 2023 for 52 yards and a touchdown. He didn't have any catches in 2024. He did use a redshirt year, so he has three remaining seasons of college eligibility.

Platt has chosen Arkansas for his next school. He'll likely see the football much more with the Razorbacks.

1.Conner Weigman, QB

Weigman battled for the Texas A&M quarterback job for three seasons, but when he finally got his shot in 2024, he struggled mightily. His pre-starting numbers were great, with 16 touchdowns to two interceptions in 2022 and 2023. But in 2024, he threw for three touchdowns and five interceptions.

Weigman has two remaining seasons of eligibility ahead. The Texas product has chosen Houston as his next stop, and he should avoid any QB battles there.
