Tyler Brown is a wide receiver for the Clemson Tigers and is a graduate senior in 2024. Tyler Brown earned ESPN Freshman All-American honors and led his team in receptions as well as receiving yards. He was the fourth Clemson freshman since 2010 to lead the team in receiving yards, and he was the first Clemson wide receiver to lead the team in receiving yards in more than eight years. In 2023, he accounted for 52 receptions of 531 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games in which he started in nine. The key games he played include having a 153-yard performance against Syracuse, for which he received ACC Rookie of the Week and Receiver of the Week. He was the seventh player in Clemson history who had a 100-yard reception game within the first five games of his career. Brown also contributed on special teams, returning five punts for 67 yards with a 14.8-yard-a-game average.

During his high school career, he caught 148 passes for 2,501 yards and 32 touchdowns. He rushed for 163 yards as a quarterback and registered 3,077 all-purpose yards. As a senior, he made 59 receptions for 937 yards and 12 touchdowns and also caught six times for 111 against South Pointe in the state playoffs. Brown recorded his career-best figures with 71 receptions, 1,034 yards, and 15 touchdowns as a junior. Even during the COVID-19 season in 2020, he averaged 29.4 yards per catch in six games. He caught a 55-yard touchdown during the Shrine Bowl. He was ranked in the On3 Top 300 in the nation and was the fifth-best player in South Carolina.
