Tyler Warren is an American football tight end for the Penn State Nittany Lions collegiate football team. Tyler was enrolled in the Penn State program in 2020. However, his freshman season came only in the 2021 season. Before joining the Nittany Lions, Tyler committed to the Virginia Tech Hokies in 2018, but he decommitted in 2019, he also has received offers from the Virginia Cavaliers. Tyler’s football career commenced at Atlee High School, where he played under head coach Matt Gray. He was a four-year letterman and also a three-time team captain. As a senior, he registered 1,149 passing yards with 14 touchdowns. He managed to seal All-State Honors twice, three-time All-Region Selection, and was named Team MVP in 2017 and 2019.

Tyler’s college football career kicked off with Penn State, where he is currently playing for the last three seasons. In 2023, he appeared in 13 games and posted 34 receptions for 422 yards, earning the Coaching Staff Offensive Player of the Week and Special Team Player of the Week. During his junior season in 2023, he recorded seven touchdowns, and 422 receiving yards in 13 games. Tyler has been named Academic All-Big-Ten and has received the Bob Mitinger Memorial Award for his mentionable teamwork. Furthermore, he was also awarded the Keystone Award along with some of his teammates. For his career total, he has appeared for 40 games and made 15 starts, posting 49 career receptions for 606 yards and 11 touchdowns.
