UTEP has been lucky to avoid many major injuries this season, even though that has not helped its record. However, it does have three players on the injury report ahead of this Week 13 matchup.

Quarterback Cade McConnell won the starting job early in the year, but a wrist injury limited him to only four games. He last appeared in the 44–17 loss to Western Kentucky on Oct. 10. He is out for the rest of the season.
#3 Jaden Smith
Wide receiver Jaden Smith has not played since the 27–17 loss to Colorado State on Sept. 21. He is out for the season with an undisclosed lower-body injury.
