The game has been a feisty one, and it seemed to get out of hand when Texas A&M wide receiver Moose Muhammad III appeared to shove a referee.

In fairness to the Aggies receiver, he didn't seem to do it on purpose, as he was going after a Missouri player.

Who is Moose Muhammad III?

Moose Muhammad III is a senior wide receiver for the Texas A&M Aggies. He played high school football for Myers Park High School and was selected to the 2020 All-American Bowl. He received his fair share of scholarship offers and eventually elected to attend A&M.

Muhammad has been with the program for four seasons, amassing a stat line of 79 catches, 1,155 receiving yards, and 11 touchdowns. He has his sights set on the NFL, where his father thrived in the same position.

Muhammad father is former Carolina Panthers star wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad. Muhammad was a two-time Pro Bowler with the Panthers and earned one first-team All-Pro selection in his career. He holds the record for the longest touchdown reception in a Super Bowl.

How have the Texas A&M Aggies performed this season?

The Texas A&M Aggies have had a decent start to the 2024 college football season. Since their Week 1 defeat to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Aggies have yet to lose a game. They've since racked up four straight wins and are currently ranked as the 25th-best team in the country.

The Aggies are currently beating the Missouri Tigers in their Week 6 matchup. After this game, they have two more ranked opponents in the regular season, so there's still a decent chance of sneaking into the expanded college football playoffs. However, they can't afford any more slip-ups.
