What channel is Texas A&M vs. Tennessee Game on? When, where & how to watch the Week 7 game

South Carolina v Tennessee
Texas A&M vs. Tennessee should be a great game this week.

The Texas A&M Aggies and the 19th-ranked Tennessee Volunteers have an intriguing Southeastern Conference matchup. Texas A&M (4-2, 2-1 in SEC) and Tennessee (4-1, 1-1) both understand how pivotal this game means as a second conference loss will likely take them out of the SEC Championship Game contention.

Tennessee is still trying to compete for a College Football Playoff spot as they are 15 spots out of it entering Week 7. A win here would be critical for their chances as both team's defense is doing well. The Aggies are allowing 24 points per game in their last two games while the Vols are giving up 17 points per game in that stretch.

The Volunteers had a week off before this game while the Aggies played last week.

The Texas A&M quarterback situation

Sophomore quarterback Conner Weigman was considered the starting quarterback for this program but there was a massive shift as he suffered a broken bone in his foot and will miss the remainder of the season.

As a result, sophomore quarterback Max Johnson will be the starter going forward. He is 51-of-84 (60.7 completion percentage) for 675 yards with seven touchdowns to two interceptions. As long as he continues to develop, this will be a great season nonetheless.

The Tennessee quarterback situation

The Tennessee Volunteers have a lot of experience at the quarterback position but this is the first time he is being able to be a consistent starter.

Senior quarterback Joe Milton III is under center and playing well with a 63.1 completion percentage for 1,164 yards with nine touchdowns and three interceptions on the season. The Vols have a chance to be in the College Football Playoff if they continue to dominate in a tough SEC but will need to continue proving themselves every week.
