Dylan Raiola was born to Dominic and Yvonne Raiola on May 9, 2005, in Gilbert, Arizona. Dylan is the middle child in the family. He has an elder sister named Taylor, and a younger brother named Dayton.

His father, Dominic Raiola, was a former offensive lineman, who played his entire 14-season career in the NFL with the Detroit Lions. Senior Raiola was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and is of Italian ancestry.

His mother, Yvonne Raiola, hails from Kailua, Hawaii. She completed her high school education at Kamehameha High School before pursuing higher education at the University of Hawaii. Notably, Yvonne actively participated in water polo during her college years.

Following the conclusion of that season, Raiola made a transfer to Chandler High School in Arizona. In his junior season at Chandler High, he continued to exhibit his talent, amassing a total of 2,435 passing yards and 22 touchdowns with just 5 interceptions.

For his senior season, Raiola made another transfer, this time to Pinnacle High School in Phoenix. He further solidified his reputation as a top talent at Pinnacle High. Notably, Raiola has been recognized as the top overall recruit in the 2024 class.
