Cade Klubnik is an American collegiate player for the Clemson Tigers of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), as of 2024. Cade Klubnik plays as a junior quarterback for the Tigers. Cade began his collegiate football career at Clemson in 2022 as a freshman. In his first season as a freshman at Clemson, Cade played 10 games and started one as a quarterback. In 2022, Klubnik was named the ACC Championship Game MVP and was selected to the All-ACC Academic Team. Cade recorded Clemson’s fifth consecutive 300-yard passing in a game started by a true freshman, dating to 2018.

In 2023, Cade started all 13 games for the Tigers, completing 290 passes for 19 touchdowns and 9 interceptions, which earned him selection to the All-ACC Academic Team. He also became the first Clemson quarterback to have 25+ passes completed in three straight games since 2007. Cade also played in the 2023 Gator Bowl. In 2024 as a junior, Klubnik has seen a significant jump in his production, recording 3,303 passing yards with 33 touchdowns and five interceptions. He has also added 458 rushing yards and has scored seven more touchdowns.
