Elijah Green is an American college football player, who is the current running back of the Indiana Hoosiers. Before moving to Indiana, Elijah Green was the running back for the Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. He was unanimously rated as a three-star player by ESPN, 247Sports, and Rivals. During his final three prep seasons, Green rushed for 3,165 yards and 30 touchdowns in 32 games. Geen was also a key member in three consecutive Georgia High School Association Class AAAA state titles. As a sophomore, junior, and senior, Green helped BTCHS finish with a record of 14-1, 15-0, and 14-1, respectively. He made the first-team all-state as a senior.

Green led the Titans with 10 touchdowns and 1,317 running yards in his sophomore season. As a junior, he ran for 406 yards and scored one goal in seven games. Green made three appearances for the North Carolina Tar Heels as a freshman and redshirted his first season in college. During his redshirt freshman season, he made five appearances and rushed 11 carries for 39 yards.

As a sophomore, Green made five starts and participated in every game for North Carolina. He started the final five games of the season and led the team with eight running touchdowns. During his junior year, he played in four games.
