Singleton averaged 25.8 yards per kickoff return, including a standout 100-yard kickoff return against Rutgers. In the 2023 season, he played in 13 games, starting seven, and finished the season with 752 rushing yards and eight touchdowns. He also contributed in the passing game, catching 26 passes for 308 yards and two touchdowns. His all-purpose yardage ranked him third in the Big Ten. In 2024, he played in 12 games and rushed 2651 yards with 27 touchdowns.
