LeBron James will be taking part in the College Football 25 GameDay Showcase this weekend. EA Sports is set to give CFB fans a first look at the gameplay of the highly-anticipated game and will be doing so with the help of a host of celebrities.

EA Sports will stream the matchups and walkthroughs involving the celebrities on its official Twitch page where fans can catch up on all the action. A host of big names selected to represent particular college football programs will play against one another across two days.

James, who is currently preparing for the 2024 Paris Olympics with Team USA, will represent the Ohio State Buckeyes at the College Football 25 GameDay Showcase. The NBA superstar has been a Buckeyes fan from an early age and continues to be associated with the storied football program.

When will College Football 25 be officially released?

The EA Sports College Football 25 video game is set to be released worldwide on July 19. However, fans can get early access to the Deluxe Edition and MVP Bundle of the game three days earlier.

The game will only be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. EA Sports did not give any details on the possibility of making the game available on Windows, which Madden NFL has been available on over the years.

All 134 Football Bowl Subdivision teams will be available in the game with the likeness of their players. It will also feature their stadiums, fight songs and mascots.
