After an exhilarating win in Week 5 at home, Alabama travels to Nashville to face Vanderbilt in Week 6 of college football. The Crimson Tide shot up in ranks, becoming No. 1 after beating No. 2 Georgia 41-34 in a game with more twists and turns than a backroad. The Commodores in turn fell to then-No. 7 Missouri 30-27, in what was their second straight loss of the season.
The game will air on the SEC Network, with Tom Hart doing the play-by-play and Cole Cubelic as the color commentator. The game is scheduled for 4:14 p.m. ET on Saturday and will be played at FirstBank Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.

In Week 5, Alabama defeated Georgia at home in a game that went down to the wire. Despite Alabama leading the game handily, 33-15, entering the fourth quarter, the game was nowhere near over.
Georgia put together a fourth quarter of 19 points that went uncontested with 2 minutes left in the clock. With two and a half minutes left in the clock, Georgia had taken the lead 34-33 on a 67-yard touchdown pass from Carson Beck to Dillon Bell.
The game seemed over, but Alabama immediately came back with a 75-yard touchdown pass from Jordan Milroe to Ryan Williams, which was backed up by a two-point conversion.
Carson Beck's pass would be intercepted on the next drive, all but ending the game. Beck ended the game with 439 passing yards and three touchdowns but crucially, three interceptions. Milroe threw for 374 yards with two touchdown passes and an interception.
The Commodores lost a tough contest to the Mizzou Tigers, 30-27. Quarterback Diego Pavia had a fantastic game, totaling 178 passing yards and two touchdowns to go with 84 rushing yards. Vanderbilt's 324 yards were surpassed by Missouri's 442 total yards of offense.
As the top-ranked school in the nation, Alabama is a favorite for the encounter in Nashville. ESPN's game predictor gives the Commodores just a 7.9% chance of winning the game. The Crimson Tide is a 23-point favorite according to the bookies.
